the streets in hanoi are pretty crazy; although i have to say there is a bit more order than in india. the secret is to walk casually and not to stress and dart across. there's a certain code of courtesy here that nobody wants to run you down in the middle of the street that makes it all possible. the trick is to figure that out from the chaos of bikes, scooters and cars traveling in every which direction. check out the video van took on youtube.
