our vacation's coming to a close pretty quickly and i've realized we've spent 25% of our time at the bangkok airport. as futuristic as it might be; it's a bit on the sterile-side for me (although 100x better than pearson in YYZ). our solace is the starbucks inconveniently located on the furthest side of the departure gates to ensure that we get our fair chance to glance at gaudy-bags from gucci and hermes. i'm not sure who in their right mind can justify thousands of dollars for a hand-bag that screams "i have no fashion sense". or perhaps it's an acquired taste that i just haven't developed; like beer and coffee? oh, if in BKK and you're stopping at the starbucks; i wouldn't recommend the iced-caps, stick to your usual and you won't be disappointed.
